These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Kleovo, a web application owned and operated by Alder Cleaning Solutions Ltd. By creating an account or using Kleovo, you agree to these terms.

1. What Kleovo provides

Kleovo is software for cleaning businesses to manage enquiries, clients, properties, jobs, rotas, cleaners, invoices, payments, reminders and related operational records. Kleovo is not itself a cleaning service marketplace and does not provide cleaning services directly to your clients.

2. Accounts and authorised users

You are responsible for keeping account login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must ensure that staff, cleaners and office users only access data they are authorised to use.

3. Your data and content

You retain responsibility for the business data, client information, cleaner records, notes, photos, invoices and other content entered into Kleovo. You must have the right to upload and process that content, and you must not use Kleovo for unlawful, harmful or misleading activity.

4. Customer and cleaner relationships

Your cleaning business remains responsible for its own customers, cleaners, staff, pricing, quotes, bookings, service delivery, complaints, employment or contractor arrangements, tax, insurance and regulatory duties.

5. Payments, invoices and third-party services

Kleovo may help create invoices, record payment status or connect to third-party services. You remain responsible for checking invoice accuracy, payment terms, tax treatment and any third-party provider terms or fees.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to Kleovo.
• Do not upload malicious code, spam or content that infringes another person's rights.
• Do not use Kleovo to process data you are not entitled to process.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Kleovo reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, improve, suspend or remove features where needed to maintain, secure or develop the service.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alder Cleaning Solutions Ltd is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or losses caused by inaccurate data entered by users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Ending access

You may stop using Kleovo at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or create security, legal or operational risk.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer or data protection law says otherwise.
